Whistleblowing
The main purpose of Whistleblowing is to prevent or solve a problem internally and in a timely manner. Full confidentiality is guaranteed on the subjects and facts reported, as well as the identity of the whistleblowers, so that the whistleblower is not subject to any form of retaliation.
MER MEC SpA (di seguito “la Società”), con l’obiettivo di promuovere una cultura aziendale aperta, fondata su principi di etica, trasparenza e responsabilità, ha adottato un sistema di Whistleblowing attraverso l’implementazione di una piattaforma informativa (di seguito “Piattaforma”). Il whistleblowing è uno strumento che consente di segnalare comportamenti illeciti, irregolarità o violazioni di cui siano venuti a conoscenza nell’ambito lavorativo. L’adozione di tale sistema è conforme a quanto previsto dal Decreto Legislativo 10 marzo 2023, n. 24, che recepisce la Direttiva (UE) 2019/1937 in materia di protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni del diritto dell’Unione. La normativa mira a tutelare l’interesse pubblico e a salvaguardare l’integrità dell’organizzazione, garantendo al contempo la riservatezza dell’identità del segnalante e la sua protezione da eventuali ritorsioni.
Chi può effettuare una segnalazione?
Possono presentare una segnalazione, anche in forma anonima:
- dipendenti della Società assunti a tempo indeterminato e determinato (dirigenti, quadri, impiegati, operai);
- collaboratori, gli stagisti, i somministrati, i consulenti, gli agenti;
- gli amministratori, membri di organi sociali e di vigilanza;
- tutti i soggetti che intrattengono rapporti di lavoro, di collaborazione o d’affari con la Società;
- tutti i fornitori e i business partner, anche prima che il rapporto giuridico con la Società sia iniziato o successivamente al suo scioglimento.
